A mindful moment you need to read

I know “this new reality” is VERY CONFUSING and we’re experience a tons of emotions in the fast speed at the same time where give us chronic stress from fear, anxiety, loneliness,  pessimism, rage and much more. We are forgetting HOW to overcome these experiences because is not the headlines in the news and is more difficult to come with a solution when EVERYBODY (those who lost jobs, houses, became sick and don’t received the support from the authorities, etc) are in the same boat. But these are the times when you need to be stronger and start the healing journey with yourself. These are the times when you need to remember your "not lucky days" and remember HOW did you overcome that situation. These are the times when you need to talk VERY LOUD to your mind and DECIDE YOUR VIBE in order to transform the survive mode mindset to the live better mindset mode. These are the times you need to meditate (and don’t try to have a blank mind) and be in the present. These are the times we need to meditate in order to create the change we want from this chaotic times. These are the times to arise above the “promotion of fear” and stand tall for ourselves and then others. These are the times to find solutions, good solutions… I believe in the creativity of every person, I believe in the non-selfish part of every person, I believe we have the power to empower, I believe in the power of meditation as a public health service to avoid illness in the mind, in the body and in the spirit, I believe you can find the freedom in your mind with the power of meditation...
